At source we pride ourselves in "sourcing" out the ingredients through our relationships with framers and purveyors all year round. We look locally as well as globally for farmers and suppliers who have the same passion about sustainability and quality as we do. You will find our menu of globally inspired tapas to be ever changing to accent the products that are in season at the moment. The right side of the menu is comprised of larger plates promoting the farm-to-fork philosophy as well as the freshest seafood from all around the globe.
